All the kids are in school full time again so that is why I am going to work. Harrison is going to Middle School this year and I don't know if I am going to like him growing up. Jaxson is going to 4th grade and can't wait to meet all the new kids, as for Caroline she is going into 1st grade and so excited to get back to school work, she loves everything about school. I will post new pictures as soon as I get my digital camera fixed. As for now things are going just wonderful for the Giddings Family...

Sorry it has been so long since I have updated my blog with new posts.  Yes we have been busy and I was down for a few weeks healing from my surgery.( And yes I am so glad to get it all over with and my hormones are finally starting to look like the are on track, trust me it's a very good feeling)!!!!

This last past weekend we had such a great surprise, on Saturday Princess the goat had three babies, two boys and one little girl.  Their names are Rocky, Pete and Spring (since they were born on the first day of spring.)  Little spring is such a miracle, she was so little and weak but she pulled through it, poor princess on the other hand just had too many babies her first time and she died Monday afternoon, so we are now feeding the babies with a bottle until we can have them latch onto another mother goat.

On Sunday Mama goat had two very healthy babies twins a boy and a girl.  Caroline named these babies Jack and Jill and the names fit the babies so well.  These babies and their mama is doing great and they all look very healthy.

Monday night we went to feed the triplets and found a new baby in the field.  Nanny had on very healthy baby boy and Seth and I named him Forest, Grandpa thinks she still had another baby to go so we will see if we wake up to another baby from that mama or not.  We have one more goat that is due any day and then about 7 more goats that will give birth in about a month.

I can say my children have learned a lot this winter about breading and giving birth.  They seemed to really enjoy watching what little they got to see since we were always a few minutes or hours to late.

On Monday after school they had the triplets out playing and they were running after the kids and it was so cute they would hop around and run, there is nothing as cute as a baby goat.  They would suck on our chins and noses looking for some food. Here are a few pictures of the triplets that the kids took on Sunday afternoon.

The kids and Daddy

The first two pictures are of Seth teasing the kids.  They were all going crazy that night.  The other pictures are of the kids having a movie/dinner party in my bedroom, they thought that was pretty fun.  I have to say I was a bit worried but they didn't make to big of a mess.

Happy kids

The kids are actually playing and not fighting!!!!

Findings from the ƒarm

The large eggs are goose eggs and the little egg is just a regular chicken egg.  It is so amazing how much bigger the goose eggs are.  The the other picture is of the grapefruit that was on the citrus tree here in the yard, it was so big!!!!!

Caroline's class party

Here are the pictures from Caroline's class party.  Here Teacher is the Lady in Blue and is wonderful, I am so glad she got such a great teacher.  The other lady is a grandma that just likes to help out in the class room.  As you cans see Caroline is a Hannah Montana fan and that is what her cake was.

The kids and their bunnies

The kids outside playing and couldn't wait to get to hold the bunnies.  Little did they know, the little critters didn't hold still so they only got to hold them long enough for me to take their picture.  The other 2 pictures are of the kids out playing by the turkey's.  The goats should deliver in March, the dog should deliver in about 3 to 4 weeks.  We will have all kinds of animals around the place.  How glad am I that I don't have to take any of them with me when we move they all get to stay her. Update on the bunnies

Here are the updated pictures of Harrison's little bunnies.  I am so amazed at how fast they grow.  They are starting to get their fur and their ears are long now and they look like a bunny.  In another week or two they will be really cute.  Harrison is so proud of his rabbits.  We ended up with one black one and four brown ones.

Tooth Fairy

Seth and I go to the Doctor and come home to all kinds of lost teeth.  Caroline lost her third tooth and Jaxson pulled out one of his teeth, not but a few days later Harrison lost one of his teeth so each of the kids have lost a tooth with in the last week and Jaxson just lost another one tonight. "Doesn't she look so excited about all of it."

Happy Birthday Caroline

Our baby girl is now "6" years old!!  She has been so excited for her birthday since the day after christmas.  She has had a very exciting 6 years of her life.  She was born in Maryville Missouri on January 16th 2003 at 5: 15 p.m. weighting in at 7 lb.. 10 oz. and as 21 inches long.  She stole her daddy's heart from day one.(  or I should say the first minute he laid his eyes on her).  She was born with lots of dark brown hair and had a perfect round head and face.  She has always been our little angel. It took us a good 3 + years for her to give up her my (the binki) we had to bribe her with a new bike.  She has lived in Missouri, Arizona, Utah and now Florida.  She has been through a lot of states in the six years of her life.  She is the joy to the whole family, her brothers love her dearly and love teasing her even more.  She loves to help do things around the house and the farm.  Her favorite chore is going out to get the chicken eggs.(she looks so cute doing it with her little egg basket).  As for school, she is very smart.  She tested top in her class during the dibels testing just before christmas, she is on a first grade level on somethings.  She loves to read and reads all the time, I can't believe how well she is reading and the books and words she knows.  She is the sparkle in her daddy's eyes and she knows it.  She lets him know she owns him all the time.  I am so grateful that our Heavenly Father sent me such a wonderful daughter.  She is all a mother has ever dreamed of having.  I am truly blessed with a wonderful adorable child.  I am so proud of the things she has done (she was on the honor roll for kindergarten the first half of school the only one in her class).  HAPPY BIRTHDAY BABY WE ARE ALL PROUD OF YOU AND LOVE YOU SO VERY MUCH!!!!!!!!!

Gators

MIAMI - A season that began with promise and was highlighted midway through by a promise, ended with the Gators atop college football's version of the promised land.

Florida defeated Oklahoma, 24-14, on Thursday night to become the first school to win two BCS national titles in the span of three seasons. In the process, Urban Meyer became the first coach to lead a program to two BCS championships.

And afterward, he wasn't shy about making a proclamation.

"This is one of the best teams in college football history," Meyer said.

In front of 78,468, the highest-attended football game ever at Dolphin Stadium (which for one night looked and sounded like The Swamp South), the game's offensive most outstanding player, quarterback TimTebow, led Florida (13-1) with 340 all-purpose yards.

And as he was in the Gators' SEC Championship Game victory against Alabama, Tebow was at his best late versus the Sooners (12-2). In the fourth quarter he ran for 34 of his 109 yards and passed for 76 of his 231 yards.

Following the game, he harkened back to the promise he made to the Gator Nation following UF's 31-30 loss to Mississippi on Sept. 27.

"I promised the guys that I would go out and play with all my heart," Tebow said. "I was so motivated. Oklahoma's a great team and they came out and played hard. I'm so proud of my teammates right now.

"I can't put it into words ... it was just an incredible night."

Gators are National Champs

24-14 In total favor of the Mighty Fighting GATORS!!!!
What a game, I can say I was a little nervous at times but the GATORS pulled through.  They are a great team and have a great Coach and a AWESOME QUARTERBACK!!!!  (JUST ASK MY DAUGHTER). Seth is on cloud 9 today along with tons of other fans here in Gator Nation.  WOW I can't believe college football is over for another year.  Now we have to wait until March Madness begins.

National Championship BCS Football Game GO GATORS

Can you say we are "GATOR FANS" or what!!!!  Harrison and Jaxson are ready for the big game along with Daddy.  Daddy is ready from Head to toe he has the Gator hat, shirt, pants, socks and gator mug.  Caroline is all ready to cheer on her favorite player ever #15 Tim Tebow (she asked me again if he was married, I told her no but he is way to old for her).   We have taken over the front living room of the house and it is crazy and loud.  Everyone is going crazy, I guess that is what makes it so much fun.  Seth said the kids get to stay up and watch the game since its such a big game and they need to see it, we will see if they make it that long, Harrison is already fading and Caroline is on her way.  Jaxson will be the die hard and stay up until the very end.  He is his daddy through and through, he repeats every play and nothing gets by him.  He loves his football.  As you all can see we are all in our matching gator pj's .  The kids are chanting along with the TV this is a night we will all remember.  GO GATORS!!!

GO GATORS!!!!!

HERE ARE SOME PICTURES OF THE FAMILY DURING THE GATOR SEASON!!!! WE LOVE OUR GATORS.  Daddy and Mama are sitting in front of the gator stadium, Daddy and the kids are also sitting in front of the stadium, a picture I took of the packed stadium during the big game, and the kid picture taken with Albert and Alberta.  Caroline was in heaven with her picture taken with the two cheerleaders.  Go GATORS!!!
