Our Family
It is now November 2008 and our family is growing like crazy. Daddy is teaching school at Ruth Rains Middle School and does a great job at what he does. This year has been a very challenging year, since he is use to high school students the middle school age is driving him crazy, along with the disrespect that the students show on a daily basis. Mama is staying home most of the time and subs when they need her at the schools. She likes to sub only at the Elementary and Middle school, High school in Dixie county is not what she is use to. Harrison is in 4th grade and doing well. School in Florida has been a bit different than what we are use to, no more play time at school it is work work work here. He loves History and that has become his all time favorite subject along with science. Jaxson is in 3rd grade and misses getting to play football with his friends during the day. He is now getting use to the fact he has no recess. He is doing well and just finished up a great football season. The fighting bears lost in the championship game by a touchdown he played his heart out and it was a great season. Caroline is in Kindergarten and loves school. She is reading and doing all kinds of things. She loves everything about school and is doing very well. This year she got to be a cheerleader for the fighting bears football team. She was in heaven. She let us know she was born to be a cheerleader, and let me tell you she was one cute cheerleader. We have two dogs: Daisy is one year old now and a very pretty yellow lab, Dixie is 3 months old and is half lab and half bull dog and is so dang cute. We have a pigmy goat Lily that is very cute as well. We have four rabbits, Oreo, Theadore, Angel and Sugar. Sugar should be having babies here in a few weeks. So much fun on the farm. We have over 20 chickens 6 goats ( we had 3 die over the summer) some turkeys and some geese. We have quite the little farm. Well that is all that is going on in our family as of now. I will post some new pictures soon.
